Aromas of Black current and olive tapenade. Toasty oak with cedar and cigar box complimented by a hint of mint. Moderately firm but fine tannins round off the persistent finish.
Mantra is a sacred word used as an object of concentration and embodying spiritual power.
The initial spike is one of the oak and vanilla. A foll-bodied rich mix of blackberry and plum fruits. Well-structured tannins are built to age. Soft suede finish. Pairs with a juicy steak, korma, or blue cheese.
A Merlot based blend with red cherry and berry aromas. Flavours show sweet and tart on the palate. Aged in French and American oak barrels. Soft approachable integrated tannins work together to provide a long finish.
Syrah is especially suited to the warm dry climate of the South Okanagan, where it reaches full ripeness with deep purple colour and spicy aromas. Aged for 18 months in new French and American oak barrique barrels.
Overripe aromas of black dark fruit enter and waft over the pallet. Cedar flakes and oak flavours follow gracefully. The wine is heavily structured and bold.

It was created through the saignée of Cabernet Sauvignon, and Cabernet Franc and then blended with Orange Muscat. Aromas of muscat, rose petal and candy. Sweet tropical flavours abound. The palate is viscous and extremely full bodied.
