The 2016 Karma, is a blend of 63% Merlot, 23% Cabernet Franc, 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 3% Petit Verdot.
Tasting Notes: The Karma has colour reminiscent of crimson and violets, opening aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant. The flavours are layered deep and intense with exquisitely balanced supple and rich tannins to finish. Aged for 18 months in French and American barrique barrels.
Food Pairing: The palate is full bodied with some spice such as pepper. A rich, warming red suitable with a lamb or vegetable korma, goulash or beef bourguignonne.
