2016 Moksha

2016 Moksha

Moksha is an Indian word meaning liberation of the soul, driven by the law of Karma. We have experienced true "Moksha" as an immigrant family in the Okanagan Valley. In our journey, we have cultivated faith, strength, and gratitude. Experience our family's journey of Moksha through this expressive wine.

A blend of Syrah, Viognier, Malbec, Grenache and Mourvèdre, which is a rare varietal in the Okanagan Valley. All wines vinified separately and aged in French and American Barriques. Aromas of vanilla, cedar, earth, and spiced black fruit. Cherry cassis and tobacco flavours finish smooth and clean. Excellent Structure all around.

A rich, warming red suitable with vegetable korma, a good steak, or a rack of lamb

This is the most lovely blend. The wine maker seemed to coax out the best from the many varieties. Lovely on its own or with whatever you want to eat with it. A little dark fruit, an elegant finish
