Viognier is quite a difficult grape varietal to grow in the Okanagan. However, Kismet has grown Viognier with remarkable finesse in this region. Fermented predominantly in new 300-litre oak barrels. Smokey toasted aromas. Layered and textured aromas of passionfruit. Lees stirring was incorporated lending the wine a viscous and fleshy pallet. Pairs well with rich, spicy food and a side balsamic salad.
