2022 Infinity Rosé - NEW

This delightful Rosé incorporates fruit from our top vineyards. We created our Rosé through the saignée or bleeding method from eight red grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Grenache. The finished wine is balanced and concentrated and deftly marries power with elegance. Fresh ripe raspberry aroma followed by strawberry flavours. We suggest trying it with salmon, sushi, or Mediterranean tapas.
