2022 Safed

72% Sauvignon Blanc, 18% Orange Muscat  and 10% Semillon        

A luscious yet uncommon blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Orange Muscat grapes; each variety was hand-harvested and vinified separately. The effusive floral aromatics of the Muscat grape announce a palate that is vibrant with zesty acidity on a mouth-watering, long-lasting finish. Dried stone fruits on the nose, peach pit, apples and pears.

Safed is sublime with most salads, vegetarian dishes, and the freshest and simplest seafood and fowl preparations.
